After some back and forth, we are going to move forward with installing the camera on the front door. We are also going to move forward instead with downloading the App on our phones and receiving real time notifications. Can you please assist us in getting those items set up? Thank you, Robert! We are in the process of discussing this. As I've had more time to think, the email notifications may not be the right way to approach this because of the higher likelihood of us missing that notification. With the app sending us notifications and our ability to customize the notification sound, I think that would get our attention better in the middle of the night vs regular email.

It took some time but I have the email notifications ready to roll out. Things I need from you:
- Please provide the three email addresses you want to receive these notifications.
- Please confirm the days and times of day on which you want motion alerts. I believe you indicated “all days, 1AM to 5AM” but please confirm.
The emails will include 3 small clips, with a time span of 5 seconds between images. The system will reset then after 10 minutes. So, if there is a lot of activity that spans over 10 minutes, you could receive multiple emails. There will probably be some fine tuning with all of this, such as setting the sensitivity of motion alert and/or tuning areas of the garage for motion watching. I can assist in dialing this in.
Invoice for my time on all of this is attached.
Lastly, has there been any discussion about the additional camera(s) for front of building.

If this helps, the only discussion I have had regarding a lock is a replace of the one on the enclosure to the NVR. Replacing that lock and estimating the cost of an additional camera will both require an onsite visit. Setting up remote access to the cameras can be done at any time by you downloading an app and entering the proper credentials which I can provide. Setting up notifications can be done remotely by me with some work on your part on the app.

We are in the middle of discussing this and mainly trying to understand legal ramifications that will be involved if the board gets notifications of someone in the garage from 1-5am. What we are liable for and what not.
We should have an answer next week.
At a minimum we will want a new camera outside the building and then new locks per Marjie’s requests. But we want to confirm on the notifications.
Then once we have final confirmation we will have you move forward with one of the following: new camera out front and locks OR new camera out front, locks and late night notifications and visibility on a phone app.

You mentioned there is a camera in the courtyard...can you tell us where specifically? We also wanted to get your thoughts on possibly moving that camera above the front door. We would this camera to be able to capture movement into both courtyard doors as well as be visible to friend and foe alike. We plan on installing more visible signage and we'd like to be sure they know we are serious.

Thanks for our patience on this response. I do remember that install. I took a look this morning and I see all 4 cameras are up. Accessing the cameras remotely on a smart phone is an available option. We just need to enable that on the NVR and then you can download a free app on your iOS or Android phone. Setting up alerts is a more complicated process but can be done as well.

I am a board member at the Waterford North Condo Complex in Seattle. Located at 411 N. 90th St, Seattle 98103.
Your company installed cameras in our building a few years ago. Currently some of them are not working. We wanted to know how do we schedule someone to come out and take a look at the cameras and get them working again? We also have a few other questions regarding the cameras. Such as, wanting to have the ability for a few board members to have the ability to view live footage from a cell phone if someone is in the garage of the building where we have 2 cameras. We continuously have building break ins and the cameras do not help us as we don’t get any alert notifications We are wondering if there is something we can set up so that we get alerts on specific phones between the hours of 1 am and 5 am. The those who get the alerts can open up the live camera footage on their phone so that they can see if it’s an intruder that means calling the cops immediately or if someone is just getting home late. This time is when thieves have been accessing our building. They come fully masked so the camera footage after the fact doesn’t really help.
