Hi all,

Recycling has not been picked up again despite everyone else around us getting picked up. Max saw the recycling truck drive right by our property even...unreal.

Marjie has called CWD and so have I. When I called, I was told Zack was busy. I told them that I would be calling every hour on the hour to speak to Zack live because this is an urgent issue. Aside from it being a major inconvenience to be on week 2 of no recycling pick up, it's becoming a health issue. Stay tuned - I'm trying to get this resolved before the weekend.

Hi all,

Quick update - I got off the phone with CWD and below are the quick points:

• Trash pick up on Tuesday was missed because there was a car parked in front of the trash can. CWD told them (1) that is a valid parking spot so there will always be a car parked there and (2) this has not been an issue in the past so why is it now? He told them they have to pick up the trash and work around a legally parked car moving forward.
• Trash pick up will be no later than Friday, February 19th at 6 pm. I will be calling CWD at 3:30 pm tomorrow if the trash has not been picked up by then so the City can give us an ETA.
• Recycling was not picked up last Friday and there is no note as to why. CWD told them they have to pick up this week. Recycling is running a day behind so it may not be picked up until Saturday.

I'll keep on CWD to make sure these timelines are hit. In the meantime, should we send another note out that trash and recycling will be picked up no later than Saturday? No need to give them the details above...
