FAULT
Hesitating at the Catch, rather than having a smooth, seamless change
of direction. This will result in a poor connection of the paddle in
the water, which leads to 'slippage' - that is not feeling the
'resistance' early on in the Drive.

CORRECTION
Aim to slow down your Recovery up the slide so you can be fully
prepared at the Catch position, ensure the body is rocked over, arms
are straight and aim to feel the conncetion of the handle at the Catch
with the feet on the footboard.
Also think of the handle moving in the shape of a bicycle chain, there
is no beginning or end, no stopping or starting, aim to flow in and
out of the Catch in a similar shape.
