The Recovery is the relaxed phase of the rowing action. During this
phase please ensure you:

· Have relaxed loose shoulders
· Have relaxed loose grip on the handle
· Hands move away from the body and the body rocks over before the
knees bend
· Your arms remain straight and relaxed during the Recovery
· Sit tall and relaxed in the Rocked Over position
· Slow down the Recovery towards the Catch Position
· Ensure you take the time on the Recovery back up the slide - think
of 'floating' back up the slide
