Hi there,

Well, I've been poking around here on Google groups for a while and I'm
really disappointed with this service. Back on Yahoo we have spots for
photos, links of interest, files, polls, a calendar, etc. Here there's
nothing but a message board.

Wondering if part of our inability to convince members of the old group
to join us here is a distaste for a service that limits our ability to
share information on the topic to text-only emails?

I actually think everyone is really busy with Fall, back to school, conferences, etc.

 

We have a community bulletin board in the making for our new, updated website.

It should be a short time before that is up and running.

 

I sent you a private invitation to join gmail, Kya.  When you get an account, you have all the features that yahoo provides as well.

There is a whole bunch more security on gmail.

 

I'll post a message about my adventures in Holland.  I gave a workshop this weekend for Dutch midwives.

Tomorrow, I'll be in Germany, Tuesday next week I visit the hospital in Belgium where a breech baby is a reason for a waterbirth.

Wednesday I'll be in Portugal, then next Monday, I'll be in the UK.
