Officer Elections Today at 5:30 Tantra Coffee House

Hey everyone - I hope the week has been a good one thus far.

Officer elections are tonight at 5:30pm at Tantra Coffee House Outside Stage (Located on Comanche and Hopkins across the street from the small HEB).

If you would like to run for a position and cannot attend please email me a short bio about yourself and what position you would like to run for.

  • Work with other officers to obtain goals
  • Great Leadership Experience
• Vice President
  • Help the with presidential duties
  • Aide in the direction of WaterAid
  • Great Leadership Experience
• New Member Recruitment
  
  • Help Build  WaterAid Membership
  • Organize Social Events
  • Get the general word out about WaterAid and what we do
• Flyer Guru (Promotional Expert)
  
  • Design Event and Meeting Flyers
  • Possibly Make Informational/Educational Literature
  • Post Flyers or Ask other members to post flyers
• Contact Specialist
  • Talk with Potential Guest Speakers for WaterAid
  • Ask them to speak at meetings
  • Set up travel and parking accomodations
• Treasurer
  • Attend as many meetings as possible
  • Collect and Record Membership Dues
  • Have imput how WaterAid money is spent
• Historian
• Record (paint, pictures, drawings, ect) events
• Update website and facebook (twitter? I personally dont know alot about that)
