I will email the beach ride information when a new date is set, as well as the next meeting date. It will also be posted on meet-up.

September 18, 2012 WRDC MEETING MINUTES

The meeting was opened at 8:26pm

 

Attendance:

Kathy Caliciotti, Gina Chevalier (teleconference), Jim Devine, Linda Dorn, Lisa McCormick, Helen Meagher, Michelle Morrison, Stuart Pachman, Kim Pineiro, Susan Sallamack, Kat Visich (teleconference),

 

1.  Minutes of previous meeting will be posted on Facebook and be emailed to google group members and approved at the November meeting.

 

2.  Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed and accepted.

 

3. Upcoming Events – RIDES

 

To be rescheduled on Meet-up: ________, 2012 - Beach Ride

-        Total cost $200/horse for stable to bring rental horses. Club will subsidise _______ to members for service to the club or notorious help with the foodstand

-        Requires 6 attendees, 8 for two guides (maximum capacity of 20 horses)

November 4, 2012 Cider Ride, arrive at 9:30am

December 8, 2012 Holiday Ride, arrive at 9:30am

 

4. Foodstand: October 26, 27, and 28

 

5. Meetings: Nov. 12. 2012

 

6. Welcome new members:

-        Kathy Caliciotti, Helen Meagher, Michelle Morrison, Kim Pineiro, Giri Sonty

 

7. Service to the club may be rewarded as determined by the club president.

 

8. Refreshments Assignment – Helen Meagher will be bringing refreshments to the November meeting.
