Monday's meeting will be to elect 2014 officers and to plan our cider and holiday rides which will be held at 10am (arrive at 9:30am):

Nov. 10, 2013 Cider Ride
Dec. 7, 2013 Holiday ride (Saturday)

I'm not able to attend the meeting tonight. I have a dr.'s appointment and ultrasound tonight, I'm going every week not that I am one month out from my due date. We usually do elections in Nov, not October. I know we talked about changing the by-laws but did not see anything over the past few months come through to the members for approval. Have the newly drafted by-laws been reviewed and accepted by the members? If not we have fallen out of compliance by not meeting and changing the vote month.

Also I never heard back from you regarding the charges in question from April. If you can let me know what those were for I can update the treasurer report.

Has there been a decision on supporting the Troop show with the food stand?

Let me know when Rachel will be depositing donations for the trophy fund.
