Subject: Bake Sale @ Trailside Rock and Mineral Show

Hello WJHC,

 

It was great to see all of you at the meeting and clinic last weekend! We are so happy to welcome in and welcome back all of our new and returning members for what is sure to be a fantastic 2012 – 2013 year. As mentioned, Trailside Nature and Science Center is hosting the annual Rock and Mineral show this Saturday and Sunday, the 20^th and 21^st, from 12 to 5 pm. The Club has committed to running a bake sale both days. The Club will be the only organization selling refreshments at Trailside and this is a great fundraising opportunity for the barn. We need your help! Using the links below, please consider volunteering for a shift and/or donating baked goods for the weekend. Both members and parents can pitch in, every little bit counts. Side note, WJHC will be running another bake sale the whole Horse Show weekend, details will follow for that. Please email us back with any concerns.
