Good suggestions Susan. We typically do not provide lunch bit we do usually have hot cider spiked and not spiked, pastries and snacks. I'm open to suggestions for what we want to provide.

Great color - very attractive.  Some additional info that you might consider adding:

In the information regarding RSVP add a phrase about additional information, such as "For RSVP and additional information:  <meetup url>"

Also, no mention of lunch -- you know how hungry people are after a ride, especially in the cold weather.
