Food Stand Vote

[R&D Club President]

We have had several discussions concerning the future of the food stand. Within the R&D Club there has not been a sufficient number of volunteers operating it. We designated Linda Dorn as a liaison and she has found another group interested in taking over. Therefore, we are submitting this question to the R&D Club membership for you to vote.

If you object, and are willing to take over responsibility for running the food stand, please respond to this email and let me know prior to Tuesday, May 14. If any member comes forward, we will reconsider this motion.

Alternatively, and in the absence of a volunteer to manage the food stand, please respond to cast your vote in the affirmative on the following motion:

1. The Watchung Riding and Driving Club will no longer operate the food stand at the Spring and Fall troop shows. Responsibility will be assumed by another club going forward.
