Subject: Big WJHC Memo!

Hello everyone!

I know this is a long message so please bear with me! For those of you who are new to the Watchung Junior Hunt Club, WELCOME! It is always nice to see new and eager faces in our cozy assembly room meetings! For those of you who are old or returning members, it is always nice to see you again too! Anyway a lot is coming up in the world of WJHC, and as your officers we want to make sure we keep everyone posted! So here goes:

• Our next meeting is SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13TH AT 1PM in the Watchung Stables Assembly Room. This is the LAST MEETING you can sign-up for membership. So be sure to get your forms and money in! I have attached a document if you would like to fill it out ahead of time. (If you are unable to attend the meeting and are still interested in joining the club you can post mail the form and check to me, Melissa Shendell (WJHC Secretary) at 764 Tamaques Way, Westfield, NJ 07090.)

• This upcoming meeting will also be the last meeting we are accepting order forms for the T-Shirts. They WILL be updated to include all new members and display "2012-2013" on the back. They cost $12 and will look awesome!

• The WJHC will be placing 2 orders for our famous soft-shell jackets and sweatshirts. The first will be after the Oct. 13th meeting. So if you would like your jacket or sweatshirt available before the end of the season please get the forms in for that as well. (I have attached the order form). The 2nd order will be placed in time for the holidays.

• Our next clinic will be SUNDAY, OCTOBER 14TH. WJHC clinics are a fun super-exclusive way to get some extra riding practice before the show. If you are interested in participating you can click on the link: http://tiny.cc/october14clinic . The clinic costs $27 in-county + $5 WJHC fee. Please, if you put your name on the sheet actually come, or email me to cancel. It is only common courtesy, the horses are otherwise waiting for you all tacked up. **FIRST SQUAD! BB2/1 RIDERS AND ABOVE, THIS MEANS YOU! WE NEED YOUR HELP THE MORNING OF THE CLINIC. IT IS OUR DUTY TO HELP GET THE HORSES READY FOR THE DAY!**

• We will be taking a CLUB PHOTOGRAPH at the end of our Oct. 13th meeting. So wear your WJHC gear! :) 

• Lastly, the officers will be redesigning the WJHC bulletin board (it's near the first barn door if you haven't already checked it out!) and we would love to include your pictures! So please bring us a picture of you doing some horsey things at Watchung!
