Someone wrote, with a sexual problem. My answer is: Don't be fooled by the attraction of sex. It is not as divine as it appears. Sexual power, like any other power, can be used for good, for loving kindness, and it can also be used for selfish purposes. A good rule of thumb to go by is "No sex without love".
Adultery is not sex without marriage - it is sex without love. If you are taking for sexual satisfaction for yourself, then that pollutes, undermines, and adulterates the love energies that should be flowing at that time. If you express love in many ways, including sexually, then that enhances the love between you and is far more deeply satisfying.
You will know if you have expressed love during sex if you are deeply satisfied, and glowing with the beautiful feelings of love and happiness for the rest of the day. If either of you have been selfish during sex, it will leave you feeling drained and soiled for quite a while.
