Since our fellowship does not have many deacons, we do not know much of what is going on in church. During prayer meeting, we can get some ideas. So here is the prayer request from last night prayer meeting. Please remember those in need in your pray.

Qi

Prayer request:

Pray for those in sickness and under chemotherapy. Elder Yeh is having an eye surgery next week. Elders will visit Rev. LiuJi and Brother ZhengYun.

Pastor Qiu is busy helping with families in need. On 9/25/15, a outside pastor couple will be invited to our church to give consoling on single parenting and other family issues.

Our church has decided to support a fellowship for Chinese students in Salisbury. Some of us will go there on 9/25 weekend to help hosting a welcome party for the new school year.

Help Chinese scholars in NCI, Fredrick. Elder Sheu visited NCI with the help of Brother LongXIaoMeng. Many Chinese scholars there are very open to our invitation to join fellowship. Sister Zhan will be baptized before going back to China. She needs a ride to tour DC. Grace Fellowship will host another fellowship party for them at the end of August.

Mission conference is scheduled on 9/19 week. Hosting speaker is Pastor Su.

Kairos training on the weekends of 9/11 and 9/18.

Qi and Hannah’s Peru STM is from 8/29 to 9/8.

Our church is still in need of two deacons: secretary and fellowship.

English ministry is in need of coworkers. There will be about 60 teens now. EM is looking for a pastor. A disciple training for teens is underway.
