Detecting folder access?

Hi everyone-

We want to get an event to trigger when a user lists a directory. Ex: If they open a folder in Finder or Windows Explorer.

I recall that the .NET FileSystemWatcher supports something like this (I think) , but does WatchDog currently support it? Could it theoretically support it?
