Watchdog - How to get the process name or PID number

Hello Guys,

I understand we can use watchdog to monitor new files being created or modified in a certain folder for instance and that's awesome.. However, I did not find in the watchdog function, how we can tell which process is making the change to that folder or file.

For instance, let's say I have a folder called c:\mylogs . I wanted to generate an alert if a process different than "mysoftware.exe" is making changes to that folder, that's the idea. If it's not possible with python and you know which language I could use to do that, please let me know and I will research.
