Idle Problems..

There is something going on with my phone I'm not sure what is going
on,my phone will run fine for two to three days but for some reason my
phone will run super slow and when I look at the watchdog widget it
shows that the Idle on the phone is 0 percent. When this happens the
Idle percenting stays at 0 or 1 percent and my phone runs very slow
when this happens.When this happens I have to reboot or power off my
phone. So was wondering if someone can help me.

I used to see that happen on my Droid 1 when it was off for a while. It didn't run slow, but the idle CPU was 0%. When I dug into it, the front page shows the system CPU % was pretty high(instead of user). I chalked it up to the phone accounting for the wakeup resources.
You mention the phone is slow. On the CPU tab, is there anything at the top when this happens?
