Aaron couldn't make it.

Devi spent last week working on CC, which is all done, for now. Her todo
list for the coming week:
- update politician info
- fix the broken senator maps (sifter # 87)
- and fix bill pages to show summary, amendments, titles etc (sifter #24)
Also, she's going to work with Becky on FEC data visualizations.

Kragen will dump a bit of the expenditure table for Simon to do UI testing.
Still has a bunch to do on FEC parsing.

Becky's going to work on visualization design for FEC data and will post
layouts this week.

Simon is working on extending the FEC UI further.

At present we're doing the visualizations in PIL and HTML/CSS without
<canvas> in order to support browsers without JavaScript, even though we
could give dynamic effects to the data on the fly if we used <canvas> and
JavaScript.

We talked about how it would be good to have a regular internal release
cycle to the staging server, but nobody volunteered to run that.

Did I get all of that right?
