Devi: done with WYR API for OpenCongress and donor strike app for
Change Congress.

Kragen: fixed a bunch of bugs and got the 300,000 filings parsed, next
needs to handle amendments

Rebecca: worked on CC design this week, should be getting back on
Watchdog-specific work this week

Simon: started work today, posted about it in the forum and expecting
team's response to prioritize things.
