Hello everyone! I am back with a Montana vacation update. Boy did we have a great time traveling the state, visiting with friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors.
We started the trip in Missoula with Grandma Jane :)
This friendly Grizzly Bear welcomed me to Montana :)
While we were at Grandma Jane's we spent a lot of time outside, just running around and enjoying the cooler temperatures! Here I am with my new bubble set!
I helped Grandma with her garden...I loved digging in the dirt!
Uncle Dino and I get along really well, he was my "assistant" in several projects.
Marlee really liked him too, he nicknamed her "Izzy Pop"
Why did my parents ever leave Montana? I don't know when I see things like this!

Me and Grandma Jane crossing Rattlesnake Creek...2011. Little bit of a difference, huh? :)
Marlee and Grandma Jane on our walk in the Rattlesnake Wilderness!
Feeding the horses...it was an amazing experience!
Even the Geezer Girls (well, most of them) made an appearance!
Aunts and Uncles came from all over the state to hang out with us! We appreciate it so much :)
Good family friend Sally Morlock, she's pretty cool!
And this is Swede, the best story teller in Montana!
Uncle Tom finally took his eyes off Marlee long enough to look at the camera.
Everyone thought my sister was pretty cute :)
And these, my friends, were my two favorite things about Missoula...
playing outside/hanging out on the patio and watching deer in our front yard!
We continued the trip in Bozeman, at Uncle Jake and Aunt Erika's house. I wish I could explain to you exactly how excited I was about Uncle Jake's Ranger.
I even got to drive around the block in Uncle Jake's hat!
We were in Montana when Marlee turned 8 months old. We didn't have Minnie with us, so this "comparison" picture with Aunt Erika's blue nose pit bull, Laney, will have to do. Laney loves kids, Marlee loves to eat! Good thing she got her first tooth on vacation.
Typical Marlee, happy, happy, happy!
So, let me tell you a story. Uncle Jake and Aunt Erika had a BBQ while we were there and set up a few games. One of these games was ladder ball. After watching the "adults" play for a while, I figured I would give it a whirl. My Mom came downstairs from putting Marlee to bed and found 10 adults all sitting on the deck, in a line, saying "blast off" every time I threw the balls, and "cheering like they have never cheered before" when I got the balls on the ladder. Mom says only I can get 10 grown adults to cheer for me in unison...and later do the Hokie Pokie!
Playing ladder ball...and winning!
Next up was Billings, where I got to hang out with Grandma Nessan, Uncles,
Aunts, and some awesome cousins!
Hanging out on Grandma Nessan's bed eating cereal, why wouldn't we? A big thanks to Sam for sneaking them out of the kitchen.
Uncle Rod, Aunt Marilyn, Marlee, and Zac (the newest Davison addition)
Helping Grandma Nessan in the kitchen, well Sam is helping, I am eating.
We even let Marlee get in on the action...circle time!
Well, it's official, I am in love. She is an older woman, and she let me beat her in foot races...it will be a long distance relationship, but she's pretty awesome!
I found a partner in crime, Uncle Joey is Dad's friend from high school...
he is just as hungry and loud as I am!
Grandma and Marlee...we played in Grandma Nessan's garage a lot! And went really fast down the hill by her house on plasma cars. It gave my Mom heartburn!
Hanging out with Aunt Darci...Marlee is trying to figure out how to get her hands on my Capri Sun!
I love Aunt Darci's dogs...this is Tech, cool dog, cooler hair!
Needless to say, we had a great time. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so amazing :) Hopefully, we'll be back soon. Also, since Montana, I got my cast off. My right hand is pretty weak, but we are working hard to get me back up to speed.
