Hello!

What fun we have had this past month. Warm weather, lots of activity, and wonderful time with friends. My sister, Marlee, is growing up. She imitates all that I do, and understands just about everything we say to her. She loves when I chase her and steals my stuffed horses on a regular basis! Mom says I am a rule follower, but Marlee, on the other hand, might need some reminding as she grows up.

School is going well, my teachers have made some accommodations to help me see better (elevating my papers on slant boards) and it has made a world of difference in my ability to complete projects. We are learning exactly how much my eye issues impact my work at school, everything from learning to write, to cutting and pasting, to playing on the playground. Luckily, we are finding simple changes can make my life a lot easier! I am still doing Kung-Fu twice weekly (and making major improvements to my form), and riding horses every week.

I went to the dentist the other day and decided I wanted to dress up like a doctor for school.

My Mom and Dad's friends, the Gilmans, came to visit us in Phoenix a few weekends ago. Tyler, Erin, Tex, Rex, and ZuZu drove all the way from Montana. I'm sure glad they did, because it was a blast! I took Tex to horse lessons with me, we played at the park and road the train, and went to Out of Africa. I hope they come back soon because I already miss them!

she simply, was not.

I will write again soon, there are important events on the horizon like my first horse show. I'll leave you with a a few videos of Marlee, just because she is cute!
