I just wanted to share an event the SUS double degree program is hosting this term. I’ve attached a flyer (as well as some supporting documents). Please share with interested students!

What Do You Know about the Proposed Coffin Butte Landfill Expansion?

Learn more in conversation with Mark Yaeger, environmental engineer and Benton County resident, who has extensive knowledge and experience regarding Coffin Butte landfill. He will present a brief history of the landfill, describe its current and long-term impacts, and provide information on the proposed expansion.
