WPAT Tabling at Sustainability Fair 3/9!

Hi all,

It's time for Action Team Leaders to request 6' or 8' informational tables for the Sustainability Fair (5-7pm) before the Town Hall (7-9pm) on Thurs March 9th. Dawn Marie and I spoke today to get on the same page. We will make the requests. Here are our thoughts:

1. Benton To Go WITH ReUse/WP Directories?
   
• Greg / Diane / Chris - could you possibly set-up and staff a 6' table combo of BTG and ReUse/WP Directories? 
  
• Maybe a Laptop set up on one end, showing people how to use the online version
• Other end is BTG info + raffle tixx to win a free BTG box?
• We would request proximity to power source
  
2. Block Captains - 
• Elisabeth and Dawn Marie lead a Captains' 6' table for sign ups, and
  
• an interactive recycling sorting activity
  
3. No Food Left Behind -
   
• NFLB's Outreach Specialist Kay Rene' sets up and staffs 6' table solely for NFLB

Zero Waste Facebook group -

• NO table of its own this year
• Only needs a small sign w/ a QR code at another WPAT table

How does this sound to everyone? Unless someone speaks up with concerns by this Friday Feb 3, we will move forward with this plan.

Other team volunteers can help staff tables of course, as appropriate. I will support Kay Rene's table, and be a floater to sub out folks for bathroom breaks.

Greg, Chris and Diane - please let us know about staffing Table #1.
