This week is the last rehearsal before the concerts on the 18th, 19th March.
Please read through important information below,

WYO will still rehearse on the 18th of March as normal as they prepare for their concert the following week, 25th March, which you can purchase tickets for via the link below:
Concert Uniform Requirements
WASO Boys
- WASO polo shirt
- Black trousers (not jeans)
- Black socks
- Black polished shoes
WASO Girls
- WASO polo shirt
- Black skirt (appropriate length) with black tights OR black trousers (not jeans)
- Black socks
- Black polished shoes
WYO Boys
- Plain black long-sleeved shirt
- Black trousers (not jeans)
- Black socks
- Black polished shoes
WYO Girls
- All black: either a long black dress OR black top with black skirt (appropriate length) and black tights/shoes OR black top with black trousers (not jeans), black socks, black polished shoes
NO TRAINERS please! If in doubt, please wear school shoes.
If you need a polo shirt please email Ana Tam on wasos...@gmail.com and/or find a member of the Friends of WASO next Wednesday who will be able to help you. You can pay by card or cash, and shirts are £15 new or £5 preloved. Any outgrown shirts you'd like to donate back will be gratefully received.
Support on Concert Days
In order to make concert days’ work some support from parents is essential in a variety of roles for the concerts to go ahead. If you’ve not done it before and you’re not sure what you’re taking on please do talk to us - none of it is complicated or arduous, but it is really important. And you get a free seat!
For these concerts we still need:
- Ushers for Wednesday 18th
- Parent helpers for all concerts (DBS needed)
Also, if a few parents from WASTO and Concert Band, 18th and 19th respectively, who can drop off at or shortly after 5pm could spare 15 minutes lending a hand getting chairs and stands out of the cupboard and onto the stage it would be much appreciated. If you can help with this, please let us know.

Raffle
Friends of WASO will be running a raffle on the 18th of March concert – please bring any donations for the raffle to rehearsals and pass them to your conductor or a FWASO committee member.
Lost Property
We are currently holding a selection of items, some from previous concerts but mainly belongings left behind at Avon Tyrrell after the residential. If you recognise anything on the photo, please let us know so you can be reunited.
