Dear WASO Parent and Player,

After taking into account the venue and rooms which we use, WASO staff have come to the agreement that tonight’s rehearsal is to be cancelled due to the extreme weather conditions,.

This would have been our last rehearsals before the concerts next week.

There are no rehearsals next Wednesday at Henry Beaufort.

With this in mind please could you try and get their children to do extra practise on their ensemble music, and to make sure that on the day of the concerts they arrive with ample time to spare so that we can make the use of what little time we will now have between now and the performance.
