Dear parents and WASO members,

Now that the summer term is underway, we have nine remaining rehearsals before the concerts. Please ensure the dates below are added to your diaries.

Summer Concerts

Weds 1st July 2026 – Thornden Hall Groups: WYO / WASTO / WAYSE Rehearsals from 5:30pm, concert starts at 7:30pm

Thurs 2nd July 2026 – Thornden Hall Groups: Concert Band / Wind Band / Intro Band Rehearsals from 5:30pm, concert starts at 7:30pm

Important please read!

A reminder to all parents to take a moment to review our mobile phone policy with your children. Mobile phones should remain off and out of sight during rehearsals unless the conductor has given permission. The full policy is attached to this email.

A health reminder: no nuts or kiwi fruit are permitted due to allergy sufferers within the rehearsals. Parents, please ensure your child carries an epi-pen if they have an allergy and require one.
