Please find the above attached files: Travel Insurance, Handbook and Avon Tyrrell Letter.

The Avon Tyrrell residential weekend will take place Friday 24th – 26th January 2025.

Please complete the online medical consent form, this will take 15mins to complete. Link to online medical consent form: https://forms.office.com/e/CWhqPF0dFu

Please help us by completing the form by Friday 31st October 2025 at the latest. This is on a first come first served basis as spaces are limited.

The cost of the residential weekend will be £ £143.80. A payment request will be sent out on receipt of your completion of the online medical consent form.

We have had someone drop out and there is now a space available on Avon Tyrrell Residential taking place on Friday 23rd – 25th January 2026.
