Dear All,

Next Wednesday, 19th November, is our final rehearsal before the concerts, and we have a few important reminders:

Raffle Donations: The Friends will be running a raffle. If you can donate a prize, please bring it along and hand it to a FWASO member (we’ll be around the Arts Centre and by the cupboard).
Polo Shirts: This is your last chance to buy a new polo shirt before the concerts! For any questions, please email Ana at wasos...@gmail.com.
Parent Room: If you need to wait while your child rehearses, FWASO has booked a Parent Room in the Prague building (first on the left down the hill from the Arts Block, directly opposite the hall).

Chaperones Needed for Concerts

We are still short of volunteers to chaperone for the concerts:

Wednesday, 26th November – Strings Concert (WASTO/WAYSE/WYO) – 5 chaperones needed
Thursday, 27th November – Wind Band Concerts (Concert Band/Wind Band/Introductory Band) – 5 chaperones needed

To chaperone, you’ll need to complete a DBS check with HMS (we can arrange this for you). On the day, you’ll help supervise the students during rehearsals and backstage, then enjoy the concert from your seat. Assistance will also be needed during the interval and at the end for signing out students.
