1. Abandon gerrymandering to foster more creative engagement with less entrenched negativism.
2. Coalesce competing community building initiatives
3. More aggressively build support over the long term for increased recreational opportunities.
4. Better support local businesses when they have plans that pose attractive alternatives to lackluster big box offerings.
5. Actively seek broader coalitions to support improvements in education.
