I received the following reply from Representative Sam Hunt.

"Thanks for the message, Jason. I appreciate you taking the time to
make me aware of this discrepancy in the tobacco purchasing law we
recently passed; and your support for adding pipe tobacco to the
exemption. I will certainly take a thorough look at Rep. Dickerson's
bill and keep your comments in mind as I make my decision as to
whether to support it. I can't give you an answer without having a
chance to look at the bill, but it seems like a reasonable proposal.
