With the latest news and the FDIC funds getting ready to be approved, it is becoming more apparrent that the P's will get full face value of $1,000 with possible buyout maybe at 7.75% dividend.

I'm about 95% positive that that will not happen. Remember
this isn't the first time a bank got seized incorrectly. If you read
some information on the 1990's Savings and Loans Failures you'll
see a bunch of history on similar situations. Right now we
are experiencing the standard "hike on rumor" then it
will be "sell on news"

But how many improperly siezed banks had the number of assets and cash as WAMU? None!
 
So much is so different about this case than any other case as you refer to .
