RQ 1: Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years as an analyst, designer, and/or developer working on multi-faceted teams (e.g., executive management, business owners, technical, and various stakeholders) in a highly collaborative environment.
RQ 2: A minimum of five (5) years of experience during the last seven (7) years using advanced Java programming skills to perform systems design, coding, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities that support of Java application development.
RQ 3: A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years working on large-scale systems development or integration projects performing as a lead architect, analyzing technical and data requirements, constructing data architecture and performing database design.
RQ 4: A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7) years providing recommendations to improve current IT operations. The experience must include development of technical strategy and architecture design, and review and analysis of existing IT architecture and designs.
RQ 5: A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years with database design and development, including PL/SQL programming in Oracle database 12c environment.
RQ 6: At least two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years with testing tools such as JMeter, Junit, and Soap UI.
DQ 1: Knowledge and experience in Java application integration with SiteMinder Single sign-on implementation.
DQ 3: Prior experience in Java application integration with heterogeneous systems, such as ERP, rules engine, workflow engine, web service bus/middleware, etc.
DQ 4: Prior experience in supporting high volume end users into a system as the system rolls out to the end user community.

Minimum Quals:
1. A minimum 3 years of project experience performing code review for web applications developed with Microsoft C#, Microsoft SQL, and Java scripting technologies; including using Visual Studio tools to assess code coverage and code analysis.
2. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience front and back-end software testing and overseeing the testing activities of medium scale, complex, high- volume (more than 10,000 transactions per day), scalable commercial web applications along with contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.
3. A minimum 3 years of knowledge and experience in developing and administering test against MVC, RESTful API, and JavaScript-based web applications using MS Visual Studio automated testing tools.
4. A minimum 3 years of total combined experience developing and maintaining test scenarios, performing unit and system testing with each of the following: web-based applications, the software interaction with SQL-Server databases, and performance testing.
5. A minimum 3 years of project experience using tools to perform load and performance testing, e.g., JMeter or equivalent.
6. A minimum 3 years of experience using Team Foundation Server as a tool to manage test defect lifecycle.
7. A minimum 3 years of experience doing compatibility testing with various Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari etc.)
8. A minimum 2 years of experience developing and conducting manual and automated Accessibility Testing based on WCAG accessibility concepts and guidelines such as 508, 255, CVAA and WCAG.
9. A minimum 1 year of experience performing PCI compliance testing involving 3rd party payment vendor, e.g., Converge.
Desirable Quals:
1. Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) with the International Software Certifications Board (ISCB).
2. Knowledge of how to use testing tools like Jasmine and Karma to perform Angular testing.
3. Experience in database testing: Structural Database Testing that deals with table and column testing, schema testing, stored procedures and views testing, checking triggers, etc. Functional Testing that involves checking functionality of database from user point of view (e.g., White box and black box testing). Nonfunctional Testing that involves load-testing, risk testing in database, stress testing, minimum system requirements, and deals with the performance of the database.
4. Experience using accessibility technologies and tools such as ARIA, JAWS, NVDA, Mac Voiceover, and Acrobat accessibility features for accessibility testing, evaluations, and recommendation of solutions on testing defects.
5. Experience performing architectural review of web applications in the Azure cloud environment.
6. Experience working in a matrix project organization coordinating testing activities with a System Integrator and other subcontractors.
