Hi,
Great video on bearing replacements!! I have a WFW9150WWO1 (2009) that is very loud (no knocking) during the spin cycle when clothes are in the washer but if I run the washer completely empty, it is quiet and normal. As far as I can tell, the bearings seem good, no noise or grinding sound when spinning by hand and the drum keeps spinning for at least 5 seconds after I give it a good hand spin. Although, there is a tiny bit of play in the drum when I squeeze the inner and outer drum, about 1/8th inch and a tiny ticking noise when I do that. I have not pulled the back of the machine off yet to look at the rear. Is this a shock absorber issue or bearing issue? The left rear shock has some grease globs on the shaft, the others do not. The left rear might have a bit more bounce to it as well but it is hard to tell. This machine is reaching the end of its useful life so at this age replacement comes into play. What do you think?
