Just recently my Frigidaire front load washer started to make hellishly LOUD sounds during the spin cycle. I took the linked video of the unit running the spin cycle with the back removed. Is this a bearing issue or something else? I’m mechanical enough but want to get the right parts or decide it’s not worth fixing. I appreciate any insight.

Hello,
Bad bearings usually make the type of noise you describle. Of course, I am not in front of your opened machine, but bad bearings do make a lot of noise.

Both bad bearings and/or spider issues can indeed make that type of noise.
