Guidance on Water Supply and Sanitation in Extreme Weather Events

Although it is a bit Europe focused, it draws universal  conclusions for risk reduction, vulnerability, impacts and adaptation,  for water supply utilities, drainage, sewerage and wastewater treatment.

I found especially the chapter 3 on communication  was an interesting addition  in a rather technical document!
