wascana usage via repo install

I tried adding wascana via the Eclipse "install new SW" option. The
repo worked fine and it installed ok. I can create a C project and
select mingw toolchain, but when I try to build, it does not find gcc.
Is there a PATH like setting that needs to be set somewhere? I see the
mingw and msys directories in my eclipse directory.
