Good afternoon,

I was devastated to find out today that my website (www.cream-couture.com) was lost from my web hoster and a backup is not available. I hired a developer to create the site and don’t have much experience in backup or recovery of websites. I see that your webtool is able to locate my site’s files…however I am not clear on exactly how to extract them to be able to give to my web hoster. Are there step by step instructions for a beginner like me?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Victoria Bournea

You should be able to get at least some of your content back, but not sure how faithful it will be to the original from the Internet Archive: http://web.archive.org/web/20130721131355/http://cream-couture.com

You may want to refer to our code repository for info. The instructions assume a fair level of technical skill, so please let us know if you run into any challenges
