Continuous Unable to download... Resource not archived Error

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble retrieving an old website from the Internet Archive. I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.2 on VirtualBox. The program runs, creates the lister.o files etc but on each of the files it says "Unable to download... Resource not archived."
Command: ./warrick.pl -D PGA -o pga.log -dr 2015-03-01 -a ai http://pulsar.org.au/
Below is an example:
It still downloads files and creates the folder structure, but all the files it creates seem to be placeholders - the files exists but is only a few bytes in size.
In the above case, the file is clearly archived as seen here by putting the above URL into the Internet Archive website: https://web.archive.org/web/20060903073323/http://www2.pulsar.org.au/adelaide/cruise1/Crowd1.JPG
I've tried with another website and get the same outcome.
Any ideas?
