how do I RESTORE my blog?

Hello team,

I'm a big fan of your project and would like your help. 

Stupid host lost 3 years worth of my content..! 

Now I'm trying to restore my entire blog, TravelTheMiddleEast.com, to include content up to 2015. 

Is this something this you could do? I'm not a techie person unfortunately I cannot understand how to do it from your explanations. Please help.
