Recovery of website

I am trying to recover the website: http://www.phy.iitb.ac.in

using the command: ./warrick.pl -o phy_log.txt -dr 2015-03-15 -a ia -D PHY -k http://www.phy.iitb.ac.in

I have checked that the site exists in the Internet archives: http://web.archive.org/web/20150316203426/http://www.phy.iitb.ac.in/

The program downloads all the files (including html and image files) in the proper directory substructure, however, the html files, on opening simply show the error messages of the type

Not Found

The requested URL /ia/timegate/http://www.phy.iitb.ac.in/asain/public_html/Teaching.html was not found on this server.

Similarly, the image files show error messages of the type:

 Could not load image 'prev_g.png'.

 Fatal error reading PNG image file: Not a PNG file

I would be grateful for any help.
