Tuesday Night Indoor Rides -- Spin Bikes Available!

Hi all,

I wanted to invite everyone to join us for group indoor trainer rides on Tuesday nights at the Life Center here in Warrenton.

Time:  Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:45 pm

Location:  The Life Center

Cost:  $6 ... or $3 if you purchase a package deal

There is room for 8 - 10 riders.  Bring your bike and trainer ... or just show up and borrow one of the Life Center Spin Bikes!  They have lockers, showers, towels ... go home smelling good :-)  How cool it that!

You don't have to be a member of 540Cycling to attend ... it's open to anyone looking for a good workout.
