It looks like this is going to happen - it will be illegal to "teach
us a lesson" by passing close on the road. The senate passed it last
week, so please take a moment and thank your senator for passing this
bill. They don't get thanked very often. Next we need to push the
paper and news stations into reporting it when it becomes law.
