We are running a 1 day training camp on Sunday 26th Oct. Thought
some
of you might be interested,

Following the Great Pumpkin Ride on Saturday 25th October in
Warrenton
VA, the Warrenton Cycling Center is presenting its 1 day Fall
Training Camp Sunday 26th October.
The aim of our end of season training camp is to help newcomers to
the sport to improve their riding abilities and to get more out of
the
sport of cycling. Our camp is aimed at people who are beginner
competitive cyclists, people who aspire to get involved in
competitive cycling or people who want to regularly join group
rides.


This first training camp will include bike handling skill exercises,
group ride techniques and safety; as well as a Question and Answer
session, led by a European based cyclist with 10 years international
cycling experience.
