USB kernel errors in warp_0x01 boards

Hi Experts,

I am getting the following USB errors from kernel.
Some times it works and some times getting the following errors.

Can you please tell me what could be the problem ?

Hi Titus,

Can you share a little bit more about your setup? Is it a bare board or hooked up via an interposer and how do have it powered? Also,  were any changes made to the device tree or USB gadget configuration?

We're not seeing this on our dev boards here so I'm trying to understand if the root cause is hardware or software so we can try to help track down the issue.

Let me know and we'll try to help get things figured out.
