ts_stack unexpectedly removes tilts

Dear all,

While I'm trying to find the best alignment, I realized that many tilt series in tiltstack/ are incomplete, with some even down to 2 tilts. It happens both when using wrapper as well as using ts_stack separately.

I can confirm all my *.tomostar have the complete tilt list.

I also rerun ts_import with --min_intensity 0, but it didn't change anything.

Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.

I think I've figured this out. For those of us who are still wondering:

It looks like re-running ts_import does not overwrite the XML files. I removed the previous result and re-ran ts_import without --min_intensity, now all tilts are included in stacks now.
