Hi Warpers,

Search brought up a couple previous similar messages but no helpful info, and I guess this might not be an easy fix but I’ll try just in case:
On a Windows 10 workstation with Geforce RTX 3090, Warp 1.0.9, BoxNet2Mask_20180531 from public repository
Loading the boxnet model, either upon start processing, or upon first test picking one micrograph, takes a very long time, >10 minutes, with the “loading boxnet model” message hanging, and Windows periodically declaring Warp is not responding, then recovering in ~1 minute cycles.

Is this a bug others have had and can I provide more info to make this more useful?

All the best
Teige

Hi teige,

I am seeing the exact same behaviour on our new machine with Geforce RTX 3090 cards. have you been able to solve this by any chance?

Many thanks,
Tom

Hi!

I also see the same problem with Warp 1.0.9.  Loading the BoxNet models takes 30 minutes or longer, regardless of model.  This is on a Windows 10 machine with a Geforce RTX 3080 Ti, 128Gb RAM, and an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630 0 @ 2.30GHz.  I would love to see this time reduced.  Please let us know whether if this is normal behaviour or an issue that needs resolving.

Cheers,

Stefan
