Hello,

I am doing template matching with Warptools in command line. It generated output files successfully. However, I don't know if they are picking on the right particles. Is there a way for me to visually inspect the matched particles and manually adjust them?

Best regards,
Chen

Hi Chen,

Please try out https://github.com/warpem/warp-tm-vis, running it should be as easy as uvx warp-tm-vis once you've installed uv.
Features:
- visualize superposed tomogram + correlation volume in 2D & 3D
- visualize particle positions from template matching star files
- simulate the results of filtering at a given cc threshold

Cheers,
