Helical refinement in M

Good morning,

Does anyone know if it is possible to refine tilt series in M using co-ordinates of a filament with known helical symmetry? I currently am using windows warp version 1.0.9, but could switch to linux if there is a helical implementation there.

Yes. Recommend reprocessing your subset data (with target assemblies) in warptools
