Dear Dimitry, Dear Mailing List,

I am trying out M on a FIB dataset. Subtomograms reconstructed in Warp -> Relion 3.1.4 -> M.
As a first step, I am running a Geometry refinement. After a processing a few tiltseries without issues, it stops at one specific tiltseries (tried 3 times with clearing temp folder). The M GUI is stuck at the "Precomputing Gradient Weight" step. The M worker crashes. Worker_0_crash.txt reads as follows:

"System.Exception: cudaErrorMemoryAllocation
   at Warp.GPU.CheckGPUExceptions() in D:\Dev\warp2\WarpLib\GPU.cs:line 1175
   at WarpWorker.Program.Main(String[] args) in D:\Dev\warp2\WarpWorker\Program.cs:line 322"

Machine is running Windows Server 2019 Datacenter, 1 TB RAM, RTX6000 GPU (24GB VRAM), Warp/M 1.0.9.

On a related note, I tried to download the 1.1.0 beta that was posted to this list about a year ago, but the Dropbox link seems broken, as are the links to the nightly versions on the main website. Is there an alternate link somewhere?

Appreciate all insights - best,
Benedikt

Hi all,

Somehow I previously overlooked this thread, which details (presumably) the same issue; unfortunately the Download page for the Nightly builds which are supposed to fix this is also broken - any help getting the binaries with the fixes is much appreciated.

Sorry for double-texting,
Benedikt

Here is the warp 1.10 beta version that was uploaded then!

Jake
