How to export particles from several directories

Hi,

I want to export particles from two different WarpTool directories taken at different dates.

I have one data_star file, which contains coordinates from both data sets.  Can I export particles directly from two (or more) directories at once? If so, how can I do this?

Alternatively,  I could imagine the following way.  I first separate the one-star file into two and then export the particles separately; finally, I merge them for Relion5 processing. 

If you have done something like this, could you please share your experience with me?
